Partner in the Atlassian Marketplace
The Atlassian apps we kept wishing existed.
Fifteen years inside Jira and Confluence taught us where the gaps are, mostly by watching teams work around the same ones over and over. Now we build the apps that close them, and every one runs inside Atlassian rather than beside it.

Where our attention is right now
Jira knows what happened. It does not know what it cost.
Delivery data lives in Jira. Money lives in a spreadsheet someone exports on Friday and that is wrong by Monday. Worse, the teams that never adopted story points or timesheets do not show up in that spreadsheet at all.
OnBudget is the app we are pushing hardest at the moment, because it is the one we think solves the biggest problem. It turns work your team already tracks into budgets, forecasts and cost reports, without asking anyone to fill in a new field.
The apps
Apps for Jira and Confluence Cloud.
Each one closes a gap the host product leaves open. More are on the way.
For Jira
OnBudget
Budget tracking and cost reporting for Jira. Budget versus actual, health, and forecast, from work your team already tracks.
OnBudget is a Jira Cloud app that turns work already tracked in Jira into money. Measure spend from story points, worklogs priced by rate cards, a numeric field, or counts of work items, then follow budget versus actual with health thresholds, variance, and a linear forecast on a dashboard you can rearrange and share. No new custom fields.
Built for: PMO and portfolio managers · Finance and FP&A partners · Delivery and programme leads · Marketing and operations managers · Jira project admins
Astrolink
Visualize Jira work item links as an interactive star map.
Astrolink turns Jira's hidden web of work item links into a navigable star map. Every blocker, dependency, hierarchy, and Confluence connection rendered as a force-directed graph in your issue panel. Cross-project, permission-aware, and built on Forge.
Built for: Developers · Project Managers · Scrum Masters · Product Owners · Product Discovery Teams
Configuration Monitor
A project audit log for Jira. See what changed, when, and who did it.
Configuration Monitor gives Jira project administrators full visibility into their project configuration. Thirteen sections tracked automatically, including JSM queues and request types, with hourly syncing, change attribution, and CSV export. No escalation to Site Admin needed.
Built for: Project Administrators · Jira Site Administrators · Compliance and Audit Teams · Operations and Platform Teams
Field Scout
Custom field audit for Jira. Stay under the 700 field limit, find duplicates, clean up safely.
Field Scout is a free Atlassian Forge app that gives Jira Cloud administrators a centralized dashboard to audit and clean up custom fields. Field Health Score, automatic Active, Stale, Likely Unused, or Unused classification, potential duplicate detection, per project breakdowns, and CSV export. Built for the 700 field reality.
Built for: Jira Administrators · Platform Teams · Migration Engineers · Atlassian Consultants
For Confluence
Expanded Macro Collection
Thirteen practical Confluence macros for governance, content discovery and admin reporting. One app, one subscription.
Expanded Macro Collection turns Confluence into a governed, navigable, audit-ready knowledge base without leaving your pages. Capture per-version policy sign-offs with a one-click audit export, classify sensitive pages with a banner that survives PDF and Word export, surface the backlinks Confluence cannot show you, and give admins permission-aware rollups of page status, staleness and content health.
Built for: Confluence space admins · Knowledge managers · Compliance and governance officers · Quality and ISO teams · IT governance
Atelier
Page design and content formatting macros for Confluence Cloud.
Atelier is a visual customization toolkit for Confluence Cloud. Eight macros that bring branded colors, 64 patterns, and rich formatting to your pages with no custom CSS or HTML. Per space color palettes, theme presets, font management, and clean PDF and Word export.
Built for: Confluence Authors · Space Administrators · Documentation Teams · Internal Communications · Brand and Design Teams
How we work
Forge only, and that is a deliberate constraint.
Every app we publish runs on Atlassian Forge, which means it executes inside Atlassian infrastructure rather than on a server of ours. There is no third party for your security team to review, no data egress to document, and no separate uptime to worry about.
It also means we ask for the narrowest permissions that will do the job. Most of our apps only ever read. The ones that write say exactly what they write and why, on their own pages, because a blanket privacy claim that is false for one app is worse than no claim at all.
We are a partner in the Atlassian Marketplace, working from Canoas in southern Brazil, and we answer support in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Notes from the workshop.
What does your Jira work actually cost?
Jira records what your teams did. It does not record what it cost. Here are the five signals most teams already have, how to turn each one into money, and how to tell which of them your data can actually support.
Pay for the 20% You Use: Shrinking Your Atlassian App Footprint Without Losing the Workflow
Most Atlassian Marketplace bills pay for features nobody uses. An honest usage audit and a focused custom Forge app turn pay-per-seat-forever into pay-once-you-own-it, with a better fit for your team.
